Hoobuy Spreadsheet & Product Links: Find, Check and Save

Published: October 12, 2026

HooBuys.net is an independent editorial website, not Hoobuy. Check current account messages, service options and official terms before making a purchase or shipping decision.

A Hoobuy spreadsheet is useful when it helps you return to an exact product, seller and variant. A long list of attractive photos is less useful if its links are broken, its prices exclude important costs or its quality-control examples belong to a different item. Start with a short, traceable shortlist and expand it only after the first few entries pass a basic check.

This guide covers product discovery: the searches often described as Hoobuy links, finds, clothing spreadsheets and shoe spreadsheets. If you already placed an order and need to record dispatch, warehouse intake or parcel IDs, use our separate order-tracking spreadsheet and CSV template. Keeping discovery and fulfilment in separate sheets makes both easier to maintain.

Start with the product you can describe

A useful search combines a product type with a detail that changes the decision. For shoes, that might be a model, size system or intended use. For a hoodie, use the cut, fabric weight if stated, colour or garment measurements. For a jacket, include the shape and whether you need information about lining or packed bulk. Broad searches are a starting point, but they cannot establish that a listing matches your requirements.

Open the product discovery page to search the linked catalogue. The catalogue is an external website, not Hoobuy checkout and not a promise of availability. Copy the original seller listing when the destination provides it. If you cannot identify the source or selected option, keep the entry as an unverified lead instead of treating the card as a purchase-ready recommendation.

Build a spreadsheet with decision fields

Use one row per meaningful option. If two sizes have different measurements or prices, separate them until you decide. Avoid copying account details, addresses, payment records or private order identifiers into a publicly shared spreadsheet. A discovery sheet can remain useful without exposing the information needed to identify a buyer.

Check a Hoobuy link before placing an order

Read the destination hostname and page title before entering any account information. A link collection can send you through several websites, and similar names do not establish common ownership. Use the official service address you already trust for account access. On the seller page, compare the product title, photographs, variant selector and seller identity with the spreadsheet row. A familiar thumbnail alone is not enough.

If a link no longer works, search by the exact product description and compare the replacement carefully. Record a replacement as a new source rather than silently overwriting the old seller. A visually similar product can have a different size chart, construction, package size or returns process. Do not assume that a changed URL preserves every fact in the previous entry.

Some pages need a selected option before displaying a price. Save that option with the amount and currency. If the destination shows a price range, your budget should use the amount for the intended variant. If the price cannot be confirmed, mark it as unknown; a blank or unknown field is more honest than a plausible estimate presented as current.

Compare shoes, clothing and accessories differently

For shoes, record the stated size system, seller size chart, model and whether the retail box is part of your intended package. A shoe length shown in a photograph is useful only when the method is clear. An outsole measurement and an internal fit measurement answer different questions. Treat buyer comments as context and compare the exact version whenever possible.

For hoodies, T-shirts and jackets, compare a garment you already own with the seller's stated measurement method. Chest width laid flat is not the same as body chest circumference. Shoulder position, sleeve method and overall length can also differ. Save the chart itself or its values, not only a conclusion such as “size up.” The QC photo and measurement guide explains how to ask for evidence after an item reaches the warehouse.

For bags and accessories, note dimensions, included parts, closures and rigid sections. For electronic goods, identify the specification and any battery or plug information, then check the live shipping restrictions before ordering. A product being available in a catalogue does not establish that a route can carry it to your destination.

Separate reference QC from your own QC

Public QC examples can help you decide what to inspect, but they represent a particular item at a particular time. They do not prove what a seller will supply next. Check whether the reference matches the source, variant and approximate date. If those links are missing, use the photos only to form a question, such as which label or measurement you need to see.

Once your item is stored, match its warehouse identifier to your order and review its own photographs. Save visible concerns before approving a parcel. Photographs can show colour, quantity, labels, visible damage and measurements; they cannot establish authenticity, hidden construction, durability or guaranteed fit. Do not describe a listing as “QC verified” without saying exactly which item and which visible checks the evidence covers.

Budget beyond the spreadsheet price

Create separate columns for the selected item price, any displayed domestic delivery amount, service charges shown in the account, optional services and international shipping. Leave unconfirmed amounts explicitly unconfirmed. Currency conversion estimates should have a date and rate; they should not replace the amount payable in the actual checkout currency.

Shipping also depends on destination, eligible route, parcel weight and dimensions. Two products with similar purchase prices can lead to different packed shapes. A rigid shoebox or bulky jacket may change the calculation. Use the shipping calculator preparation guide to collect inputs, then obtain a current route result from the official estimator. Avoid a universal “shipping per kilogram” figure that ignores the actual route.

Turn the shortlist into a controlled order

Before ordering, choose one exact variant, confirm that the listing is still available, review the size evidence and write down unresolved questions. If a critical field remains unknown, resolve it before paying. Save the source and option again at the moment of purchase because a spreadsheet entry reviewed earlier may already be stale.

After submission, move the confirmed selection into the private order ledger. Keep the discovery row as the original research record, and connect it to the private order using your own reference. Follow the purchase, dispatch, QC and storage guide for the operational stages. This avoids mistaking a useful shopping list for proof that an order has been purchased or dispatched.

Maintain a smaller, more useful list

Review frequently used rows first. Mark broken links and uncertain prices, remove unsupported claims and record the last date each source was actually checked. Keep a rejected entry when its reason would prevent a repeated mistake, but move it out of the active shortlist. The quality of a Hoobuy spreadsheet comes from accurate options, useful measurements and clear decisions, not its row count.

For your next session, select three candidate products, complete the source, variant, measurement and budget fields, then compare the gaps. The candidate with the fewest unresolved questions may be more useful than the cheapest headline price. That is a practical way to turn product links into an informed purchase process without pretending a catalogue can guarantee the result.
